We want you to love your Melinda Maria jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place your items securely in the original Melinda Maria box and use appropriate protective packaging to ensure the jewelry arrives safely.

  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
